Residential Home Inspections
We offer thorough home inspections, done to ASHI standards. We walk you through the major components of your prospective home, pointing out repair and maintenance issues. We will also issue a detailed report, complete with digital photos. If you are an out-of-town buyer, we will meet you to go over the report (at no additional charge) when it is convenient for you, either in-person or virtually.

Investment Inspections
Put our experience as commercial inspectors to work for you. In addition to dozens of commercial/investment property inspections, we also offer the unique qualification of being investment property owners in the Centre Region. Although we do not do rental code inspections, we can also offer insight into the rental code process.
Septic System Design
Whether you're starting from scratch, or replacing a faulty system, well-designed and properly- installed septic systems are critical to treating wastewater and protecting surface and groundwater from contamination. From start to finish, we will work with local regulatory agencies and your installer to design a system that will meet your needs and be compliant with state and local laws.
